Ladies National

This year, the Ladies Nationals were held in Durban. Our team from Bloemfontein Military were sponsored by RSE Logistics and consisted of:

Lara York - Skip
Natasha Roets - Third
Corrie Lombaard - Second
Rina Pienaar – Lead

5 games were played in order to determine section winners, and there were 6 teams in each section. We won our section, and as can be seen in the photo, we are standing with the team from Queens, who we also managed to beat. In the sectional playoffs, we played against a team from Pretoria, and we had a brilliant game. We ended up playing an extra end to be able to determine a winner. Unfortunately, we lost the extra end, but we are still very proud of our achievement.

In the singles, Natasha Roets played against L Tolmay from Umhali. It was a great game, however, Tolmay ended up winning 21-19.

We enjoyed every minute of the tournament and we are honoured that we were able to be there.

RSE Logistics at Cape Epic 2019

This year, two of Caledon’s own participated in the 2019 Cape Epic. Erhardt du Toit and Kosie Lourens are both renowned farmers in the district.

RSE Logistics is proud to have sponsored them during the Cape Epic and taking the journey with them.

May there be many more!
